.mantras
Mantras are one of the most powerful ways to cleanse or build energy. Mantras are chanted aloud because the effects of listening, speaking and thinking are strongest and most effective.
On my travels around the world I have learned many mantras from different cultures and in different languages.
Some people use affirmations or manifestations, but ultimately it's all the same path...
If you already have experience with spiritual practices and are looking for a more complex, powerful mantra that not only clears energetic blockages but can also bring about deeper karmic cleansing and transformation, here are more advanced mantras you could use:
1. Mantra for Karmic Cleansing and Healing:

.KARMA
The concept of neutralizing energy or balancing karmic energy comes from various spiritual and esoteric traditions. It involves transforming negative or burdensome energies created by past actions, thoughts, or emotional experiences. Here are some methods that can help you neutralize or balance negative energies:
1. Karmic Cleansing and Healing
- karmic dissolution: Some spiritual traditions, such as Buddhism and Hinduism, teach that karma (the sum of past actions) can be dissolved through conscious action and mindfulness. You can try to forgive yourself and others to release burdensome karmic patterns. This can also involve setting positive intentions and practicing compassion and self-care.
- forgiveness: It is often recommended to forgive any negative feelings you may hold toward others or yourself. Forgiveness helps release karmic burdens and harmonize the flow of energy.
2. Meditation and Mindfulness
- Meditation: Through regular meditation, you can recognize and release negative energies. Meditation helps calm the mind, allowing you to better perceive and dissolve negative patterns that may lead to karmic burdens.
- Mindfulness: Mindfulness helps you become aware of how thoughts and emotions influence the flow of energy. By being mindful of your thoughts and feelings, you can positively change the vibrations and energy in your life.
3. Energy Work and Healing Methods
- Reiki: Reiki is a form of energy healing where the practitioner channels "universal energy" through the hands into the recipient's body to clear blockages and negative energies.
- Chakra Healing: Energy healing practices focus on clearing blockages in the chakras, which may have formed due to past events or negative thoughts. Working with the chakras—through meditation, visualization, or specific healing stones—can help harmonize these energies.
- Quantum Healing: Quantum healing techniques aim to identify and resolve underlying energetic blockages that prevent you from reaching your full potential.
4. Cleansing through Rituals and Symbols
-Smudging: Smudging with herbs like sage, Palo Santo, or lavender can help clear negative energies in a space and facilitate an energetic cleansing. Smudging rituals can also be done in combination with prayers or meditation.
- Crystals and Stones: Certain healing stones, such as Black Obsidian, Rose Quartz, or Amethyst, are said to absorb or balance negative energies. You can carry the stones with you or place them in your environment to promote energetic balance.
5. Active Positive Action
- doing good: In many spiritual traditions, the principle of "doing good" is seen as a way to balance karmic burdens. By consciously helping others and doing good in the world, you can positively influence the energy flow in your life and alleviate karmic stress.
- healthy choices: Be mindful of making healthy decisions in your daily life that nurture your body, mind, and soul. This could include a balanced diet, regular exercise, enough sleep, and maintaining healthy relationships.
6. speech and Affirmations
- Affirmations: Positive speaking and the use of affirmations (e.g., "I release all negative energies" or "I am in harmony with myself and the world") can help transform your energy system and create a positive aura.
- Energy Balance through Words: If you feel burdened by someone or something, it can also help to openly express your feelings or have a clarifying conversation. Talking about your emotions can help neutralize stagnant energy.
7. Lifestyle and Environment
- creating a Healthy Environment: Pay attention to creating an environment that supports you energetically. A tidy and harmonious home or workplace can help reduce negative energies and promote a positive flow.
- nature and relaxation: Spending time in nature can renew your energy. Walks in the forest or by water have proven calming and healing effects on both body and mind.
Neutralizing energy, whether karmic or in other ways, is an ongoing process of self-reflection, healing, and conscious transformation. Each of these methods can help you clear energetic blockages, balance negative influences, and bring more harmony and equilibrium into your life. The key is to treat yourself with patience and compassion, taking the time to truly align with your own energy.
There is a story about the Sea Gypsies — yes, that’s a beautiful and profound story. 🌊
Let me tell it in a way that honors both their real history and the deeper symbolic meaning people often feel in it.
---
🌺 The Story of the Sea Gypsies (Moken People)
Long ago, before borders and nations, there were people who lived between the land and the sea — the Moken , often called the Sea Gypsies. They are an Austronesian people who for centuries lived on boats among the islands of the Andaman Sea — between what is now Thailand and Myanmar.
They did not belong to any one country, and they didn’t try to own the sea.
The sea was their mother, their path, their home.
They moved with the tides, fishing, diving, and gathering what they needed.
They didn’t have much in material things, but they had a deep, natural wisdom — a way of seeing and listening to the ocean that modern people have mostly forgotten.
🐚 The Wisdom of Seeing
The Moken children are said to have a **special gift**: they can see clearly underwater, twice as sharply as most human eyes can.
It’s not magic — it’s awareness.
They learned to adapt, to *see* the sea in a way others cannot.
This became a symbol of their life:
>
.“When you learn to see with calmness, you see what others miss.”
🌊 The Story of the Wave
There’s also a famous story about **the wave** — the one that carries both destruction and renewal.
Before the 2004 tsunami, Moken elders told stories of a **laboon** — a giant wave spirit that comes when humans forget their harmony with nature.
When the sea pulls back unnaturally far, the elders say:
.“The water is angry. Go to the high places.”
Because they remembered this wisdom, many Moken people survived the tsunami.
They trusted the signs of the sea — and the stories of their ancestors.
🌅 The Meaning
The Sea Gypsies remind us of something deep and ancient:
🌬 Freedom is not running away — it’s flowing with life.
🌊 Wisdom is listening to nature, to cycles, to intuition.
🌺 Home is not a place — it’s a state of connection.
Even when modern life pulls us in many directions, their story calls us back to balance — to remember the rhythms of our own “inner sea.”

.Atlantis: where I come from...
"The story of Atlantis is one of humanity's oldest and most fascinating myths. It goes back to the famous Greek philosopher Plato, who first mentioned the island kingdom around 360 BC in his works Timaeus and Critias. Plato did not describe Atlantis as a fairy tale, but used it to frame a philosophical and moral allegory."Would you like to translate another section of this text, or are you interested in exploring the historical context of Plato's Atlantis?
The Golden Age of Atlantis
According to Plato, Atlantis was located beyond the "Pillars of Hercules" (the modern-day Strait of Gibraltar) in the Atlantic Ocean. It was a vast island kingdom created by the sea god Poseidon.
- The Structure: The capital city was an architectural marvel. It was built in concentric circles of water and land, connected to one another by bridges and canals. In the center stood a magnificent golden temple dedicated to Poseidon.
- The Wealth: The island was rich in mineral resources, including the legendary, red-glowing metal orichalcum. There was an abundance of food, exotic animals (even elephants), and the largest fleet in the known world.
- The Rule: Atlantis was ruled by ten kings, the descendants of Poseidon's oldest son Atlas (after whom both the island and the ocean were named). They ruled wisely, peacefully, and justly.
The Moral Decay
Over generations, however, the divine blood of the Atlanteans became increasingly mixed with that of mortal humans.
- The inhabitants became greedy, arrogant, and obsessed with power.
- They lost their virtue and began to subjugate other nations. Their army conquered large parts of Western Europe and North Africa.
- It was only when they attempted to conquer ancient, virtuous Athens that the Atlanteans were surprisingly driven back.
The Fall
When Zeus, the father of the gods, saw the moral decay and the hubris (arrogance) of the Atlanteans, he decided to punish the people for their sins.
Tremendous earthquakes and floods followed. Within just a single day and a terrible night, the entire kingdom of Atlantis sank into the sea and vanished from the face of the Earth forever.
------------------------------
Myth or Reality?
To this day, researchers and explorers wonder whether Atlantis actually existed.
- Plato's Intention: Most historians agree that Plato invented Atlantis as a metaphor. He wanted to show what happens to a powerful state that becomes corrupted by greed and arrogance—serving as a counter-example to his ideal state, Athens.
- Real-world Models: Nevertheless, some scientists suspect real historical events behind the myth. The most popular theory suggests that the downfall of the highly advanced Minoan civilization on Crete (triggered by the massive volcanic eruption on the island of Santorini around 1600 BC) served as Plato's inspiration.
